Apple Inc. visited Trademark Office

In the morning of April 16, 2015, relevant staffs from Legal Affairs Division and Opposition Formality Examination Division of Trademark Office met with the visiting chief IP consultant of Apple Inc. Mr. BJ Watrous. Both sides made discussions on malicious registration of Apple’s trademarks and the determination of “IPHONE” as a well-known trademark.
